Unable to transfer Gmail Lead information to kvCORE.

Hello, I’m having an issue in creating my zap from Gmail to KV Court. When I tried to pull the Leads information from Gmail it is not pulling into the Xavier data for me to pick from. It’s almost like it doesn’t recognize the emails in my inbox. Thoughts?
