Unable to set Pipedrive filter ID in ZeroBounce using Zapier.

Hi, I' trying to set up a filter id from Pipedrive for integration with Zerobounce but Zapier won't allow me to enter filter id. It offers me just one (seemingly random) filter, but we have many more. I can't manually input the filter id, it just won't allow me. Anyone has any solution please?

 

My aim is for Zerobounce to check email address every time we switch a Person’s Marketing Status in Pipedrive to Subscribed.
