I am unable to select several of my Facebook company pages within Zapier, even though they have been added as connections.

I have already tried:

clearing the cache of my browser

alternate web browsers

removing the connections on Zapier

removing Zapier from Business Integrations on Facebook 

doing all of the above, restarting my computer, and re-adding them.

Help!

If the page does not appear in the "Page" menu of your Facebook Lead Ads Zap, please follow these instructions to verify your permissions and reset Zapier's CRM access for the page:

I can definitely help with this. I’ll troubleshoot the Facebook-Zapier integration and resolve the issue preventing your company pages from appearing in the selection list. I’ll also make sure the right permissions and roles are in place on both sides so all your connected pages are fully accessible in Zapier.

@Troy Tessalone: The problem is primarily with the Facebook Pages connection. I provide Zapier with access to ALL of my company pages, yet only a handful appear when trying to set up a Zap. 

 

@ken.a Thanks for the response, but the page you linked to no longer exists. Is this the thread you are referring to? 

 I’ve worked through this already and still haven’t been able to pull up the correct Facebook pages.

Thanks for your help! Brit C. (Global Support) from Zapier reached out to me directly and was able to help me with a workaround to solve the problem. Here’s the instructions:

 

We can work around this by selecting 'Use a Custom Value' in the Page field of the trigger, and capturing the Facebook Page ID by following the instructions here:

To find your Page ID:
 

  1. Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
  2. Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
  3. Click your Page's name in the left menu to go to it.
  4. Click the About tab below your Page's cover photo.
  5. Click Page transparency to find your Page ID.
