Unable to select a specific trigger on my site: There are no custom choices available. You can type a value.

Hello to the entire community. I'm new here, and I'm trying to create a new Zap. However, I'm unable to select a specific Trigger on my site. I receive a message stating: “There are no custom choices available. You can type a value.” How can I proceed? Thank you in advance for your response.
