Hello All,

I’m creating a Zap to update tickets from Halo to Freshdesk, but in the Halo Connection app, I can’t see all customers in the dropdown under Configuration > Customer.

For example, I’m looking for “Accenture”, but it doesn’t appear. Other customer names are visible. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Could anyone advise if this is a known issue with Zapier and whether it can be fixed?

Thanks in advance!
Vikash

Hi there 👋

Laura here at Zapier Support. I wanted to confirm that one of our Support Specialists, Ali, has replied to your support ticket regarding this question.

To recap, it looks like the issue you’re running into where not all customers are appearing in the Halo Connection app dropdown (specifically “Accenture” missing) — is connected to your current Zapier plan. Since your account is on the Free Plan, direct email support isn’t available outside of the trial or paid tiers.

You can learn more about our support tiers here: Zapier Support Options

However, by hitting the “load more” button, more companies should populate.

Hope this helps clarify things — and we’d love to see you continue exploring workflow ideas with the Community!

Hi Laura,

Thanks for your response and clarification. I’m currently on the Free Plan, which is why I’m reaching out here in the Community as suggested by Ali.

Until I can establish my Zap connection properly and verify that the integration is working as expected, I won’t be upgrading to a paid plan and will continue testing on the Free Plan. I also tried the “Load more” option — it did show additional customers, but not the one I’m expecting (Accenture).

I appreciate any guidance or suggestions the Community can provide to help troubleshoot this.

Thanks,
Vikash

Hi @Vikash14

Can you try entering the Customer ID for the “Accenture” customer into the field as a Custom value? Sometimes, the dropdown fails to load every record, so entering the ID directly can do the trick.
