I have created a zap, that sends a docusign envelope. To continue with the workflow, I want to retrieve the docusign url of the sent envelope. I am unable to understand how to do this in Zapier.
I tried using the “custom action” to create this, but I failed at it. The custom action inputs are account id (docusign) along with the subject line of the envelope and the recipient email id. But it keeps erroring on trying to authenticate and access docusign is what I could understand. But I wasn’t able to resolve it.
Any suggestions on how to go about this? Thanks in advance.
