I’ve already asked Support about this, but wondering if any of yall are having the same problem as myself.

For context, I’ve been using Zapier for ½ months with the free plan making Zaps, these zaps were using multiple steps and worked perfectly for my needs.

When I was changing one of my zaps today, I was sent a notification stating I unable to publish my changes because my Zap was using multiple steps, I exited out and saw all of my zaps go offline aftwards. The confusing thing is that it was working just days before, as early as May 1’st.

Im confused if this is a bug on Zapier’s end, or my end.

Would love if anyone could explain this to me, as Im confused why it was working before and now just gave me the notification all of a sudden.

Hey @Mineey ,

Can you please share the screenshot your Zap from your editor?

Hi @Mineey

Perhaps you were on a Zapier TRIAL that has since ended.

Zaps with 3+ steps need a Zapier PAID plan to be turned ON.

This is while using the free plan

@Troy Tessalone

I think your correct, but how long does the Zapier Trial go for? As I’ve been using it for ½ months without this notification showing up.

@Mineey

Info about Zapier trials which are 14 days: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496197192461-Get-started-with-your-free-Zapier-trial

When you create a new Zapier account, you have 14 days to try Zapier's paid features.
