Question

Unable to get Stripe discounted products with a line description to Zap across to Google Sheets.

I’ve built Zaps from Stripe to Google Sheets to track payment data.

 

I’ve created discount codes for products but when customers buy them the zap is pulling the full price across to google sheets.

 

I don’t know whether I should use the Stripe Product ID rather than the line description when finding the product.

 

I’m using Checkout complete as the trigger

For us to have more context, please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

@VickiM Yes you should use the product ID, and there is a field you can find the discount price. It might not be an issue if you are using description to search, but not sure if you are pulling the right field into your gsheets.
