Unable to fetch new test records for Slack (Legacy) New Pushed Message

I started a workflow with the Slack (Legacy) New Pushed Message trigger. After configuring it, I attempted to fetch test records from previous runs by clicking the Find New Records button. After it spins for a while, no new records beyond the initial test record is returned. I know that records should be returned, because there are plenty of successful (and failed) runs to pull from. How can I resolve this?
