Attached to the ticket is an image showing a figure taken from a new Square payment.
The amount should be 327.29; however, it is displaying the amount without the comma.
Is there a way to fix this?

Hi
Many financial apps return amounts in the lowest denominator: cents
You can use a Formatter step to divide by 100 to get the amount in: dollars
Zap action: Formatter > Numbers > Perform Math Operation (Divide)
I’ve tried converting it to currency and adding .00 or 2 decimal places, but it doesn’t understand what needs to be done. In this case, Perform Math Operation (Divide) doesn’t work for what I need, which is to add the decimals after the comma or period. With Format Currency, it almost works, but there’s no option to specify how many decimal places we want to set based on the given number.
For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap Formatter step is configured.
e.g. 123 / 100 = 1.23
Thank you for the support. I was able to resolve this issue, and hopefully this solution will work for each payment received.
Wow! Thank you for confirming that Troy’s resolution got the Zap running. This will significantly help our Community members to have as a reference for the same issue.
