Hi guys,

I’m unable to return an attachment (pdf) from Gmail. I’m trying to send a pdf attachment from an email into Google drive. I’ve taken the video below.

Would you mind taking a look and letting me know what you think?

Thanks!

Colm

Hi @Colm

Help link for Gmail search operators: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7190?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid

One option is to add a Filter as Zap step 2: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
Specify the “mime/type” contains application/pdf.

Try this:

from:invoice+statements@gohighlevel.com subject:"Your receipt from HighLevel" filename:pdf

Thanks for coming back to me Troy.

I’ve followed your advice as best as I could - but I’m still a little stuck.

Here’s an update on where I’m at:

Would love to hear your thoughts on where I might go from here!

Many thanks!

Colm

@Colm

Looks like Gmail is returning dummy data for the example record.

The fields to use are still returned, just with dummy values.

You may have to configure the Zap and test live with the Zap turned ON.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Use this in the Filter condition.
Make sure Attachment is SINGULAR.
