Unable to connect to Facebook Messenger

Hi anyone experience difficulty to connect Facebook Messenger this few day ?
After I input the page ID, it unable to zap my recent message, but it pulled out this instead.

Hi ​@csk 

Some Zap app triggers only return representative example records for you to use to configure the Zap action steps.

Once you configure your Zap action steps, try turning the Zap ON, then testing live.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Just came across this thread and wanted to check how you’re getting on—are you still having trouble pulling in a real test record from the Facebook page?

You mentioned that you “input the Page ID”, so it seems like the page may not have been available in the Page field, is that correct? If so, then it could be that the connected Facebook account doesn’t have the necessary permissions to access the page. Which could be why it’s not been able to load in any real test records from the page. In which case I’d recommend reconnecting the account, running through the steps outlined in our How to Get Started with Facebook Messenger on Zapier guide to ensure that the account is granted access to the page.
