Whenever I attempt to connect ABC Trainerize, Zapier says that my username or password are incorrect. I’ve tried reseting my Trainerize password and that did not work. I can log in to the Trainerize app just fine, but for some reason Zapier is not recognizing my credentials.

What permissions does the ABC Trainerize account that you’re attempting to connect have?
Asking as I did some checking on this side and there were reports of this same error for accounts that weren’t assigned the role of Owner. You can see a breakdown of the permissions assigned to each role in ABC Trainerize here: Trainer, Manager and Staff Permissions.
If you’re not an Owner are you able to have your role changed to have that role and then try adding the account again?
