Did the help guide Troy shared a link to help to get things sorted or are you still having some trouble connecting your NetSuite account to Zapier?
If not and you’re still having some trouble can you give us a bit more details and confirm whether you’re seeing any error messages? For example, is it adding the connection but then erroring to say something like “This account connection is expired. You'll need to reconnect the account before continuing.”? If you can share a screenshot of any error messages you’re seeing in the Zap or in the Zap history that would be much appreciated. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
