Hi everyone,
I have been trying to connect my Stripe Test (sandbox) account to Zapier, but after pasting the test API key I can only connect my Stripe live account - however, it recognizes my sandbox account as an “unqualified” account where it says:
This is a test account. Test accounts cannot be connected to live accounts.
How do i fix it? Every help is much appreciated. Thank you beforehand.

thank you for your quick response. If i have done everything correctly, I should be in the test mode (since my stripe account has a “sandbox” label). Also, I have copied the test API key (sk_test_….) and pasted it in Zapier to connect it to my test account. But still, I am unable to connect the test account…

Make sure you meet the qualifications for using Stripe in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496161863693-How-to-get-started-with-Stripe-on-Zapier#optional-authentication-fields
You can try connecting Stripe to Zapier by using a new/different private browser.
