Unable to connect my active Shopify shop.

Hello!

I am trying to automate a sequence so that when a customer submits their email on shopify for a 10% off code, I capture their email in ConverKit, and they automatically get an email with a coupon code.

Right off the bat, I am having issues connecting shopify. When I try to connect them, I get an error that my shop is disabled. Im assuming it is connecting to my old shop that I shut down over a year ago. Within the same window, I tried to log out and log back in to my current shop, but it doesnt connect them. Both my current and old shop are under the same account, one is active and one is disabled. How do I get zapier to see my active shop?

If you are using a Zap, then you should not post your topic in the Developer Zone category.
