Unable to connect a shared mailbox in Outlook with Zapier

Could anyone please let me know how I can set up the trigger source as “outlook shared mailbox”? When I click “connect”, Zap just automatically connects to my personal email, I do not have a way to set up a shared mailbox.

I noticed there are many people asking for this, not none of the Zap team member could help to resolve this issue.

Hi @BrtualRick,

Welcome to the Community.

Zapier's Outlook integration currently doesn't support shared mailboxes, only connecting to the account's primary mailbox. As far as I can see, there is an open request ticket regarding adding support for shared mailboxes. I've added your vote for this feature request, and we'll notify you via email once an update is readily available. Thanks.

As a workaround, you can set up forwarding rules in Outlook to send emails from the shared mailbox to your primary mailbox, allowing a Zap to trigger these forwarded emails.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
