I am unable to make any changes to my chatbot styling. Everytime I try it, I get an error, “Uh Ho, something went wrong”

Looks like it might be a temporary glitch. I just did some testing in one of my own Chatbots, and the changes went through ok:

Are you still seeing those “Uh oh, something went wrong” errors?

If so, can you try updating the chatbot via a different web browser, or private browsing window to see if that works? It might also be worth clearing your browser cache, just in case that’s causing the issue.

Just circling back in here as spotted you reached out to our Support team who identified that the errors were caused by a bug with uploaded images with file names containing spaces. A fix was rolled out by our engineering team to resolve the issue.
