Trying to create a Zap when sales pipeline hits a defined Deal Stage in Hubspot, a row is created in Airtable

Trying to create a Zap when sales pipeline hits a defined Deal Stage in Hubspot, a row is created in Airtable. I have no problem so far up to this point, but when I am trying to copy in certain fields from Hubspot the only field that comes up in my Zap is an “ID” field. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Thank you!

Hi @jchoe

In the Zap trigger step, make sure to select the “Additional Properties to Retrieve”.

Make sure to test the Zap trigger step.

Hi @Troy Tessalone,

Thanks for getting back to me. Am I able to direct those “Additional properties to retrieve” into specific Airtable fields? Again I’m only seeing the Hubspot ID field as an option!

@jchoe

In the Zap trigger step you need to select the additional properties to retrieve.

Then you need to test the Zap trigger step in the TEST table to pull thru new example records to use that have those additional properties retrieved.

From there, you can map those additional properties to the Airtable fields.
