Troubleshooting Zapier automation for Facebook Lead Ads and Tokko Broker integration

Hi support team,

I'm experiencing an issue with an automation in Zapier. I have a Zap connected to Facebook Lead Ads, which should automatically send the captured lead data to the "consultas" (inquiries) section in Tokko Broker.

The problem is that real leads filling out the form on Facebook Ads are not appearing in Tokko Broker. However, when I run a test using sample data in Zapier, everything works correctly: the test lead is registered in the "consultas" section as expected.

In short, test data works, but real leads are not being registered in Tokko Broker.

I appreciate your help in reviewing what might be going wrong.

I'm sorry to hear that the Zap is not triggering from new leads in Facebook Lead Ads form. This is a common situation when working with Facebook Lead Ads because of layers of privacy. Here's what you can do:

1. Follow these 4 steps to make sure the Facebook Lead Ads form is setup correctly:

2. For testing, create a new test lead on your Facebook Form/Page by following these 6 steps:

It was very helpful these links, i was can configure all the facebook permissions and steps i need to send the lead to zapier and tokko.

I tested one form and it works, the lead arrive in tokko and zapier registered but i tried in other form lead in the facebook lead checker, the status is success but doensn´t arrive the lead in tokko and zapier doesn´t run the zap in history
