HI, I create a form with several question groups and single questions. The question groups contain opinion scales and multiple choice questions. For each question group exists one variable, which contains the summary of the score. And there exists also an overall score. Some Score Variables contain 0.
When I try to create a Trigger for Typeform and choose this form I always get the following error message:

Unable to pull entries

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'answerDefinition')

There exists one reponse which is complete.

How can I solve this?

Check your Zap app connection for Typeform: https://zapier.com/app/connections

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap trigger step is configured
  • the encountered error for the Zap step

Hi, the connection to typeform is OK.

There exists one Answer. The only field which is empty is the standard field TAGS. All other fields are filled.


I tested also a simpler form, with this form I was able to pass the test. The form, which should be used, is more complicated.
