Troubleshooting trigger settings for Zap not sending data to Excel

I am having trouble configuring my trigger settings on my 2-step Zap. When I test my zap everything is there and it works like a charm.  Now the second I turn the Zap on and enter test data into the website, I sit and wait patiently for it to appear in my spreadsheet, to no avail. 

 

I integrated click funnels which is where I am gathering data from and inputting it into an excel sheet. Test works great, when I publish it, I receive no data. Why?

Zaps work while turned ON for new data that matches the Zap trigger step event and conditions.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.

Check your Zap Run history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

I will attach a video of the struggles I am having with this. 

The Test works great, but when I turn it on it doesn’t work...

Feedback

  • Use Loom.com to record and share videos of your screen
  • Make sure to test using real representative data for fields as ClickFunnels may be marking those as junk/spam and not processing those
    • e.g. actual phone number
    • e.g. actual email address
  • Check the form submissions in the back of your ClickFunnels account
  • Check your Zap Run history for activity and errors/issues: https://zapier.com/app/history/
  • Make sure you are using the correct ClickFunnels Zap app version.
    • ClickFunnels Classic
    • ClickFunnels (2.0)
