There are no errors generated with this trigger and in testing it works.  But in Slack when the Mention value is mentioned, nothing happens.

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap trigger step is configured in EDIT mode.

It’s been a while since you’ve posted here, were you able to get the Zap triggering for new mentions on Slack? If so, we’d love it if you could share how you fixed it—this would be really helpful for others having a similar issue. 🙏

And if not, can you share some screenshots showing the Zap’s set up as Troy mentioned. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that. 

Also, can you confirm that the mention is happening in a public, not private Slack channel?
