Hi @keisuke.k,
Welcome to the Community.
If Zapier isn't detecting emoji reactions, it could be due to rate limits, incorrect trigger setup, or app limitations. To troubleshoot, check your Zap history for errors, re-test your trigger to refresh the connection, and review the app's documentation for known issues. If the problem persists, contacting Zapier Support is recommended for deeper assistance.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with.
Hi @keisuke.k—just checking in! I can’t see any tickets open with our Support team about this. Did you managed to get this sorted?
If not, are the subsequent reactions it’s missing being added to the same message or different messages?
Looks like that New Reaction Added trigger only works for public (not private) channels that the connected Slack account is a member of—can you confirm whether the trigger is looking at a specific public Slack channel or all public channels? Also, is it checking for reactions from all users or just a specific user?
If you could send over a screenshot showing the options selected for the Channel, Reaction and User fields on the trigger to confirm the current set up, that would be much appreciated as we don’t have access to view the Zaps in your account. Be sure to blur/remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
