I am trying to pull invoices from a certain time period that will send this info to my slack channel. The problem is that It tells me that there are only invoices from 2017 that It can find , and sees nothing recent. Is this issue possibly happening within zapier and how can I fix It, or on service titans side? any info will be helpful, thank you.

Did you have any luck in getting a more recent invoice to come through?
If not, can you tell us a bit more about where it’s going wrong? For example, are you using the New Invoice trigger and it’s failing to load in recent invoice test records, or are you using the Search Invoices action to try to find the invoices.
Like Troy said if you can also share some screenshots showing how the Zap has been configured that will help us to get a better idea of what the cause of the issue is. Please remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space (you can use a tool like Zappy for that).
