Troubleshooting new records not showing in Zapier with ClickFunnels and Google Sheets

hi, im currently trying to reconnect my click funnels page through zappier with google spreadsheets to collect leads who leave their info on my landing page. 

However despite filling in things, it is not popping up when I hit new records. I have tried several times, but it just doesn’t work anymore. I changed landing pages which might have something to do with it but when I hit all correct buttons it now doesn’t collect my data anymore this way. 

Please kindly help me out

When you changed your landing page, your Zap is likely still connected to the old funnel or funnel step, so it won’t detect new leads.

Try this:

  1. Re-select the correct funnel + landing page (step) in your trigger
  2. Submit a new test lead, then click “Test Trigger” (Zapier only pulls recent data)
  3. If it still doesn’t work, reconnect your ClickFunnels account

If your new page doesn’t show, paste the Funnel ID manually.

Zapier triggers only fire for the exact funnel/step selected, so changing pages usually requires updating the Zap.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in the CONFIGURE table while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hi fahad, 

I already changed the new funnel and google sheet and when I reconnect with click funnels, it keeps giving me an error too saying it can’t find it. When I have added multiple times my details on my landing page

From your screenshot, Zapier is connected but not receiving any contact data (“No contact found”), which usually means the trigger isn’t picking up a valid event from ClickFunnels. 

You can try:

1. Wrong funnel step 

Even if the page looks correct, ClickFunnels creates a new step ID when pages are edited or duplicated.

Fix:
Re-select the exact funnel step where the opt-in form lives (not just the funnel name), then submit a fresh test lead and test again.

2. The form isn’t creating a “contact”

Your page may not be properly connected to the ClickFunnels contact system (e.g. missing integration settings).

Fix:

  • Open the page editor
  • Check the form/button action = “Submit Order / Submit Form”
  • Make sure it’s set to collect contact details

3. ClickFunnels connection error

If Zapier says it “can’t find it”:

Fix:

  • Fully remove and reconnect your ClickFunnels account in Zapier
  • Then reselect funnel + step again
  • Avoid using a cached/old connection

4. Test data timing

Zapier only detects new submissions after setup

Fix:
Submit the form again with a new email, then immediately test

Id just love to have a call with shared screen and have someone help me as I have tried these steps already and can’t seem to figure it out. Isn’t there any support available?
