Hello, I am very new to Zapier. I am trying to automate our employee onboarding experience.

our HR tool is BambooHR and Ticketing tool is Jira (cloud). Before integrating BambooHR, I am testing the integration with Jira. for this I have created a Zap. When i do a test, I am getting error. Appreciate support here to fix this issue. Thanks

  • the encountered error in the Zap step
  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
