Troubleshooting issue with Jira Software Cloud not creating updated issues

I canno’t figure out what the issue is here. It was working fine and then all of a sudden wasn’t. I tried using the AI Troubleshooting and removed the imput data from the 2 custom IDs it referenced but that didn’t fix it. I tried to change the workflow and remove the filters and that did not work. 

 

Very much at a loss here, any help is appreciated.

For us to have more info about what you are referring to post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • any encountered errors on Zap steps
