Hi,

I’m trying to create a zappier app, new post on wordpress => create new page post on facebook business.

I succesfully achieve to connect to wordpress and my facebook page but I always get the error : 
The app returned "Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'Epidémie de chaussettes orphelines à Plouguernével : Le maire promet une solution !' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not s…

Is it because in facebook configure, I use custom values ? I use custom value because nothing shows by default.

I’ve looked for issue in connection and gemini tells me that in fb bussiness integrations settings, “Who can see you use this business integration?” should be set to public but mine is locked to “only me”. Does anyone knows where to unlock that ?

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m having the exact same problem. I have managed to get the zap to work but then zapier automatically turns the zap off, which is to do with the permissions. Im currently on email with the support to try and get a solution. Have you sorted this yet?

​@Harry_Lambert - I just came across this and had a quick look into the ticket you had open with Support. It appears the issue was that an incorrect Page ID was referenced in the Zap. Seems you were able to get that corrected and now the Zap is working - so you should be all good now! 😁

​@akinori - did the guides Troy sent a link to help you to get the Zap fixed? If not, might be worth double-checking the Facebook Page ID selected in the Zap is correct, in case it’s the same trouble that ​@Harry_Lambert was running into. Keep us posted on how things are going, want to make sure you’re all set!
