getting a message that the external id has already been taken. process works fine tho. Customer is getting created but in view history it shows errored with message “External id has already been taken”

Hmm, if it’s working successfully despite the error then its likely a bug. So I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team to investigate further. They’ll be able to dig into the logs for the Zap to confirm whether that’s the case and can open up a bug report so our engineers can get it fixed.
