I want my Zap to create an invoice within the Bexio accounting software from every Shopify Order.
I got it to work but it produces Errors sometimes when people order multiple items. So I’m pretty sure it’s a mistake on my part with how I set it up.
Here’s the Zap I run:
Trigger: Shopify Order
1st Step: Find/Create Person within Bexio (works flawlessly)
2nd Step: Create Invoice from Order. Here I need to liste the following points including, Name of Product, Amount and Cost.
- Products
- Shipping
- Discount
It usually produces errors when people order multiple Products. How could I solve that? Here’s a picture of the setup.
