Troubleshooting email subscription issues between Ticket Tailor and Mailchimp via Zapier

Configured Ticket tailor to send email subscription data to mailchimp via zapier. Test inputs in zapier work and results show in ZAP history. When a buyer subscribes in ticket tailor mailchimp receives no data and theres no history in zap. ?Just wondering what the most likely causes are as I cannot see what ticket tailor is using for the triggering event

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap trigger step is configured in EDIT mode.

Hi, 

I’m fully aware of that. As the Zap history shows test results but nothing for actual subscriptions it is apparent there is a setting in ticket tailor that prevents the subscription traversing zapier and onto to mailchimp. I’m just hoping there’s someone in the community who has experienced a similar problem and resolved it. I either have the wrong triggering event or there’s a minor tweak in TT that’s poorly documented that needs setting. All recommended configs have been tried and I have no access to audit logs to better inform me, so hoping someone in the community has resolved a similar problem

Hey ​@JamesWakeB, just checking in—were you able to get this sorted? 

If not, it could be that the admin permissions for the connected account aren’t quite right. The API key used for the connection needs to have an Admin role to allow it full access. That said, I’m not seeing any “New Subscription” triggers for Ticket Tailor. Is it the Order Created trigger you’re using?
