I created two zaps.

  1. When I get a new opt-in from my Systeme.io page to send an email via Gmail to the customer of their download
  2. When I get a new sale from Systeme.io to also send an email with the necessary links

 

I went through the funnel myself twice and I have gotten none of the emails. But when I go through to test and check what happened. It appears on my Systeme.io account and even catch the record on Zapier. But I never received the emails to prove the zap actually works before I push out this funnel. 

Can ya’ll tell me what might be happening? I am using the free plan if that’s important to know.

  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible

How are things going with this—were you able to fix it? If so, we’d love it if you could share what the solution was here. 🙏

And if not, try selecting a different funnel and funnel step in the New Optin and New Sale triggers of your Zaps. Then, republish the Zaps and run a live test to see if they trigger.

That should help confirm whether the issue is related to a selected funnel/funnel step, or if it’s a broader issue preventing the triggers from running. If it seems related to the funnel/funnel step, it’s could be that the original funnel/funnel step needs to be activated or configured differently in order to work. 🤔
