Troubleshooting Duplicate Slack Messages Issue with Dixa CSAT Responses via Zapier

I have linked Dixa CSAT responses to slack using zappier. The issue I am having is we are getting the same message sent into slack twice see below: 

How can I fix this?

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot the duplicates.

Just had a look, it seems that something is triggering the same data to be sent through twice a few seconds after eachother. Do you have any suggestions on what might be causing this?

I recommend reaching out to Dixa Support for help troubleshooting their Zap app integration.

It may be that there are subprocesses in Dixa updating data that is causing the same event to fire the Zap.
