Troubleshooting date and time errors in Zapier with Acuity Scheduling


Hello All,

 

I have a online price estimator, on my website, and after the client gets an estimate they hit a button “start the booking process.” on the next page is my order form.

 

I’m having issues where Zapier or Acuity doesn’t seem to want to pick up the desired date or the “desired start time” fields. “An error occurred while running action 132432: Invalid time value”

 

any ideas?

Hi ​@zapstudent 

Make sure to test Zap step 1 to return example records to use to configure your Zap action steps.

The values for the mapped variables appear to be dummy data, rather than valid value formats for the field types.

 e.g. “Desired Start Date” is not a valid date.
