Troubleshooting Authenticator errors in Zapier with WordPress

Hello, when I first got on zapier it connected to my word press a few times, now I continue to get these windows

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble reconnecting your WordPress account. I can see you also reached out to our Support team and they found a "No route was found matching the URL and request method" error message in the logs for your account. Looks like they also had some suggestions for things you can try to help resolve the error. Sharing those suggestions here in case you’ve not seen those yet, or if it’s helpful for others coming across this in the future:

Looking over this error is looks like the most common cause is either some other plugin  interfering with that API communication or some kind of misconfiguration (for example, permalinks not being set up correctly).
 
I would start with disabling all of the other plugins and trying that login again. That's a pretty easy way to rule out whether is a conflict with another plugin or not


As it was working previously, have there been any plugins added to your site recently, or any security settings adjusted that might have caused Zapier’s access to be blocked perhaps? If so, like Support said, a good way to identify the cause would be to try disabling the plugins or revert any security setting changes to see if that then allows you connect your account.
