Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try inputting the Event ID in the “Event” field as a custom value? You should find the Event ID in the browser URL when viewing the Event in Manychat.

Hi Ken. Just a quick update — this is part of an automation. I tried entering the event ID, but I’m getting the following error:

I’m trying to set up a ManyChat automation called "Rental Law: Comment to DM". However, when I attempt to select it from the static value dropdown, the automation does not appear in the list.

I’ve double-checked that the automation exists in ManyChat. Could you please help me figure out why it’s not showing up as a selectable option?

If not, can you confirm whether the page in ManyChat is definitely connected to Zapier? Looking at this guide on ManyChat’s site it seems that if the page isn’t connected that will prevent the event from being available in the Zap:
