Hi fellow Zappers!

Im new to zapier and are trying to set up a “connection” between Visma and Shopify.

I want orders placed in Shopify to be created individually in Visma.

So far I have created the following:

Step 1 and 2 is done and working great as I can see that after an order is placed (try out order) the customer is created in Visma. However, then I have some problems. I added step 3 where I need to find the items placed in the order in shopify to be found in Visma, but I think I'm doing something wrong here. It looks like this:

Because in the next step it is supposed to create an order draft but it can’t find any items to create the order from:

It should be able to retrieve the article information from Visma and be able to create the order draft from there.

Any idea where my mistake is?

Hi @Taha,

Welcome to the Community.

I am unfamiliar with Shopify with Visma eAccounting and creating individual orders. You can ensure product SKUs or identifiers match between platforms. Check that the "Find Order" action in Visma is correctly set to locate products using Shopify's data, such as SKUs from line items. Handle multiple line items with Zapier's Looping feature to find and add each item to the order draft. Test with sample data to confirm accuracy and add error handling for missing items.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
