Trouble Connecting PandaDoc Monday and Stripe

I’m trying to send client details to Monday after two events have occurred. 1st client signs contract in Panda Doc, second client pays invoice via stripe. Every time I attempt to map the stripe configurations I get prompts for Panda Doc data and vice versa if I switch the order (which doesn’t truly matter just need both to happen). I’ve included a screen shot of the last time I attempted. Any help would be appreciated.

From the screenshots we can’t see what Zap step triggers/actions (app + event) you are trying to use.

Post more screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined to give us more context.

 

Try this Zap trigger: PandaDoc - Document Paid

 

Otherwise, you may need 2 Zaps:

  • 1 triggered from PandaDoc to Monday
  • 1 triggered from Stripe to Monday

If you have Stripe integrated natively with PandaDoc, then try this Zap trigger:

How did things go with that Document Paid trigger Troy suggested? Did that work better that the Document Completed trigger that was selected previously?
