Constantly failing to connect to Odoo now, but used to work before. Now also excel failure is making automations with Zapier pointless. Help me fix this please.

Hi @TheContractorsGroup

Check your Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

For us to have more info about the Zap step error, post screenshots showing how the Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible so we can see the field types.

Hi @TheContractorsGroup 👋

How are things going with this? Were you able to get that error fixed?

If not, the Troubleshoot explanation for that error seems to indicate that there’s an issue with the Google Sheets fields that have been selected in that Odoo action:

Do the fields that have been selected contain any data or do they just say “No data”? If they don’t contain any data, try loading in a new test record from Google Sheets which contains values for those fields and then retest the Odoo action.

If that doesn’t sort it, can you share some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can better determine what might be causing that error? Make sure to blur/remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing using a tool like Zappy.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂

Hi,

Tried to share screen recording but too large.

I don’t understand why the old way stopped working too though. Can someone raise with Odoo at alll?

Thank you SamB and Troy for your assistance so far

Not just sheets, Bark to Odoo too

Even with new everything it doesnt work

Trying to get it to connect to Odoo from FB directly doesnt work

Hi there @TheContractorsGroup,

Thats definitely odd that this connection error is occurring.

As I do believe this may be better suited for our team to do some deeper investigation, it may be best if you open a ticket with our support team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

This will allow us to better investigate the connection issue more directly, and also use our internal logs for more context.
