trouble connecting Facebook Lead Ads results with an XLS file on Dropbox through Zapier

i there,

I'm having some trouble connecting Facebook Lead Ads results with an XLS file on Dropbox through Zapier.

I've followed the instructions carefully, but the connection doesn't seem to be working. I've also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the integration, but the problem persists.

Could you kindly help me solve this issue? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Hi @Alm.com 

Can you check the zap history, is it receiving any data?

And it is better to use either Excel Online or Google Sheet for smoother integration.

Hey there @Alm.com -

Along the lines of Rob’s request, are you receiving a specific error message? A screenshot of that and/or your Zap history will be extremely helpful here. 

Also as Rob stated, live, online documents tend to work best with these integrations. Does this document need to be hosted on Dropbox or are you open to other solutions?
