Hey all,

I recently set up a Zap which would add responses from a Typeform, to Instantly.AI campaigns. all connections and campaigns are correct etc. But the leads are not being added to Instantly.AI, could anyone help?

Check your Zap Runs history for activity and to see the DATA IN/OUT or any errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible
