Hi, i have a problem with zap.

When I do a test - then the trigger works, but when a new event comes up, then the trigger doesn't automatically work. I've tried re-logging into my account, creating a new zap and still it doesn't trigger automatically. When I make a check of this trigger in the settings, it triggers and sends the required data.Trigger is very simple - the site gets the user's email and you need to create a subscriber and give them a tag.

Hi @ik48beats

What apps are you using in the Zap steps?

Post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Soundee + Kit
Get the lead mail in Soundee and forward the subscriber to Kit.
Thanks for the feedback, I think I've got it figured out.

Zapier triggers only if the mail is marked as confirmed in Soundee.
For some reason Soundee marks 1 type of mail lead as confirmed immediately after receiving it,
I tested it on a fictitious mail without opening the mail and got a successful zap

But the other lead is marked as confirmed only after opening the mail and clicking on the link. That's why his test with fictitious mail failed.

In this case, if you run the test trigger, the zapper will see this unconfirmed mail and throw it into Kit as it should.

Is it possible to configure Zapier to take unconfirmed mail as well? There are no settings in the Soundee service itself.
I don't know how to solve the problem yet, I'll just zap the zap myself from time to time.

Hi @ik48beats,

Zapier triggers based on an app’s API settings, so if Soundee only sends confirmed emails, there’s no direct way to change this. A workaround is to trigger all new email leads and use a Filter step to allow only confirmed ones, which requires a paid Zapier plan. If this doesn’t work, contacting Soundee’s support may help.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions.
