Hey I was using Trendswell in a zap and then I received an e-mail about “The app Trendswell for version 2.0.0 has been deprecated.“ after that when I try the step I receive a message “Please add your keys!” , is any one had this issue before ?

Then update your Zap steps.

That said, after upgrading the app did you add a new Trendswell account connection?
If not, it might be worth adding a new account connection. If the Zap is still using the account connection that was tied to the older version of the app then that could be why it’s still showing that error.
Can you give that a try and let me know whether that sorts it?

One other thing you could try is regenerating your API key in Trendswell and setting it up in a new connection. Hopefully, that’ll allow the Trendswell step to go through successfully when you test it again.
If that doesn’t work either, it might be best to reach out to our Support team so they can take a closer look. They’ll be able to dig into the logs and better determine why you’re still seeing that “Please add your keys” error.

Hmm, it definitely looks like you’re running the latest version and still getting that error. I suspect that you could be running into a bug with the Trendswell app, but we’ll need the Support team to look into it more closely on their side to confirm.
Can you please reach out to the Support team directly to report this issue, via the form here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. That’ll allow them to look into the logs for your Zap to confirm whether it’s definitely a bug. If it is then they’ll open up a bug report to flag this to the developers of the Trendswell app so they can get it fixed.
Sorry to not have a workaround or more immediate solution to suggest right now. Please keep us updated on how it goes, want to make sure this gets sorted.
