Hi @stephanieb4p,

Welcome to the Community.

The "invalid ID" error in Zapier occurs when it can't recognize the Trello ID for a board, list, or card. This is often due to incorrect IDs, deleted items, or insufficient permissions. To fix this, verify the ID, ensure the item exists, check permissions, and reconnect Trello in your Zap.

Good morning, so if I archive the card used to determine the ID, the whole zap will no longer work?

We have multiple lists and the first zap used a step indicating that the zap should only continue if the list name exactly matches that list. Could it be that if I want to build a zap for the other lists, it won't go through because the other zap states that it can only go through if the name matches? we want that when a card is placed in a list, a value is entered in a field and that value depends on the list in which the card is placed.

Can the zap only be used for trello cards that I have created? or also for trello cards that other people on my team have created

Hi @stephanieb4p,

Archiving a Trello card tracked by a Zap can stop the Zap from working, as archived cards are inactive and won’t trigger actions. Each Zap functions independently, so you can create Zaps for different lists without affecting others. Zaps can also be triggered by actions from any board member, as long as the conditions, such as adding a card to a specific list, are met.

I hope that this information help you. Let us know if you have further questions.
