Question

Trello attachment automation doesn't work when there is more than one attachment on the card.

I have built a Zap that can grab a Trello attachment (jpeg) when there’s new activity on a card. 

However, I have noticed that it throws a “file not found” error when there is already an attachment on the card (in this case, a PDF). 

Is there any way to help the Zap understand that it should look for the new image attachment, ignoring the attachment that’s already there?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action steps that shows all of its fields. Like so:
