I’ve created a zap to transfer contact information from Highlevel to JobTread everytime a client books a call, in my form from Highlevel I have a space for them to upload pictures. The zap works in every aspect except the pictures, it does create the profile but it doesn’t upload the pictures from their contact record on Highlevel.

I’ve tried using google drive as a bridge, using a new step to upload the pictures, using the custom value of highlevel, everything suggested by Zap AI as well, but it doesn’t work. Is it a problem with Job tread?

Hi! When you edit your Zap and run a test trigger, what is the format of these pictures? Is it a list of GHL-hosted URLs? If so, can you access them by copy/pasting these URLs in your browser in incognito mode? Or do they come through an encoded format?

Feel free to share screenshots :)

Hi there @Nathalia,

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the action step in the “CONFIGURE” section that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

@Nathalia I’m willing to bet there’s an issue with the upload files action.  Screenshot would be very helpful.   If it’s not that, then we’ll need to check if the URLs from High Level are accessible.

@Nathalia JobTread fixed this yesterday. I was having a similar issue, but with uploading from a JotForm. They were also photos.

Just in case here are some other items. Make sure you set up on your zap a formatter step before you have your step for uploading to JobTread.

Formatter = Text

Input is the files from GHL

Separator = o:newline:]

Segment Index = all

Hey @Nathalia, just checking in—did the fix JobTread implemented and the Formatter step mmctighe suggested resolve things for you here?

Let us know if you still need any help! 🙂
