Sorry to hear you’re running into some trouble with Transfer by Zapier. Hope you don’t mind but I’ve moved your reply out into a new topic since the bug report linked to the previous topic was since closed.
Can I just double-check, are you getting the exact same “There was a problem fetching your Transfer” error that references an issue with the property name: “Cannot destructure property 'name' of 'e.find(...)' as it is undefined.”? Or is it referencing a different issue in the error?
If you could share a quick screenshot of the full error message you’re seeing that would be much appreciated. Please remove/hide any private information from the screenshot before sharing (like names, email addresses etc.).
