Hi

I’m trying to connect Jotform to Excel but it keeps erroring because of too many redirects. I’ve tried different browsers and using incognito but nothing works. I can use the Jotform website except for the help pages that have the same error.

Any ideas?

The issue seems to be from the JotForm side, but you can also test by changing these

  • Try another browser entirely (e.g., Firefox or Safari) — just to rule out Chrome-specific caching or extension behavior.

  • Try a different device or network (like mobile data / Hotspot) — to rule out network-level restrictions.

Hi there @Judd 👋

Just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on. Did you manage to get this sorted? If so, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? It could be invaluable for others running into the same issue! 🙏

If not, I wonder if the form’s cache might be causing some trouble. I’ve seen reports where Jotform’s caching caused redirect issues when accessing forms. It’s possible that during authentication, Zapier tries to connect to those forms and the cached data is triggering the redirects 🤔

Can you try clearing the cache in Jotform then try adding a brand new account connection in Zapier to see if that helps?
