The issue that I'm noticing is that there's a discrepancy between the time of an event that I can see within Calendly when going to Meetings->Past-> and filter by the email address of the invitee and the time that is passed on from Calendly to Zapier.

Highlighting an example below:

The time of interview on Calendly is 7:45 pm Peru time, 20th September

Calendly support mentioned that all times are passed on in UTC, this time when passed on from Calendly should have been 2025-09-21T00:45:00.000000Z (12:45 am, 21st Sept ; UTC)

However, this was the value passed on from Calendly to Zapier - 0920T14:15:00.000000Z, which when converted is 9:15 am, Peru time, 20th September, which is not the time that the invitee signed up for.

For context, we are seeing this discrepancy between the time on Calendly versus time passed on to Zapier, across multiple event sign-ups. However, on the flip side, there are some events whose times are being passed on correctly. 

Any advice/help is appreciated.
